Competition for the chance to win a private screening of The Nutcracker for you and up to 75 friends! Plus 10 runners up will receive a surprise goodie bag worth £40!
Terms & Conditions:
1. Enter this competition for the chance to win a private screening of The Nutcracker and the Four Realms at a cinema of your choice for you and up to 75 of your friends (“The Prize”).
- Winner can choose a cinema of their choice provided that cinema is screening the film
- Winner to give 3 dates of choice
- 75 people max
- Travel not included
- Small drink and popcorn for each guest included
2. 10 runners up will receive a Nutcracker and the Four Realms goody bag including a Nutcracker notebook and keyring, a £5 Monsoon gift card, Monsoon Ballerina Bag, hair clips and stickers. Goody bag valued at £40 (“Runners Up Prize”).
3. Only those aged 18 and over and resident in either the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland are eligible to enter the draw.
4. To enter, participants must submit their details on the competition landing page at uk.monsoon.co.uk/nutcracker or if in the United Kingdom participants can alternatively submit their details in-store via iPads (“Entry”).
5. By submitting an Entry you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
6. Only one Entry per person is permitted.
7. The competition opens at 09:00 BST on 10th October 2018. The closing date for all Entries is 17:00 GMT on 2nd November 2018.
8. One winner and 10 runners-up will be selected at random from all valid Entries. The winners will be notified via email by 9th November 2018.
9. If the winner fails to respond by 16th November 2018, they will be disqualified from the draw. The Entry shall be void and the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternate winner, drawn at random from the remaining entries.
10. The 10 runners ups will be sent the Runners Up Prize, subject to availability, by post.
11. The Prize is non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be given.
12. The result of the draw shall be final.
13. Employees (and their immediate family) of Monsoon Accessorize Ltd and the Walt Disney Company or their associated companies are not eligible to enter the draw.
14. In the event that the prize draw is rendered impossible due to any reason beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter shall not be liable and shall have absolute discretion to vary or amend the competition.
15. The Nutcracker and the Four Realms has been rated Parental Guidance by the British Board of Film Classification.
16. In the event of a dispute the Promoter’s decision is final.
17. If the Runners Up Prize is lost it will not be replaced. Please allow for 7 days for delivery of the Runners Up Prize. Monsoon accepts no responsibility for the Runners Up Prize being lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
18. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this competition.
